SAFETY FIRST

SAFETY FIRST - Stressing the importance of wearing a helmet while bicycling in order to increase safety, municipal and Ocean County representatives joined with police and the Brain Injury Association of New Jersey to highlight the New Jersey State Law requiring children under the age of 17 wear a helmet while bicycling, skateboarding and roller skating. In addition, the Brain Injury Association recognized Freeholder Director John P. Kelly, who serves as Director of Law and Public Safety, Carmen Amato, Director of the Ocean County Printing and Graphic Arts Department and Lt. Paul Vereb, Long Beach Township Police Department, for their ongoing support and assistance to the Association.
