Ocean County Freeholder Director John P. Kelly, who serves as Director of Law and Public Safety addressed graduates
of the Ocean County Drug Court during the 8th Commencement Ceremony today. The Ocean County Drug Court, established
in 2002, provides an alternative to incarceration to non-violent, drug addicted offenders by way of intensive
supervision through weekly meetings with the Drug Court Judge, close monitoring through probation and random urine
testing.
