GRAND OPENING-A shower of good luck glitter celebrated the grand opening of May Buffet II at the intersection of Route 9 and Bay Ave. in the Home Depot Shopping Center, Toms River. Cutting the ribbon are co-owners Jack Chen, left, and Carol Pan and Freeholder Joseph H. Vicari. In addition to an all-you-can-eat six pier buffet offering American, Chinese and Japanese cuisine, the restaurant features private party rooms for up to 150 people, free karaoke for parties of more than 50 persons, a Hibachi grill and sushi bar. They also cater party trays.
